Moses Guest is a southern-sounding “new classic rock” band that has just enough Pop, Jazz, Funk, and Country in its veins to appeal to any audience.  Moses Guest has self-produced six CDs, one EP, and one DVD, on its own record label, Aufheben Records; all works are distributed by Home Grown Music Network.

After a five-year hiatus from touring, Moses Guest is back in the saddle with the perennial line-up:  Graham Guest - Lead Guitar/Lead Vocals; Rick Thompson – Keyboards/Backing Vocals; James Edwards - Drums/Backing Vocals, Jeremy Horton – Bass.  The band has new material and plans to release new recordings in 2013 as well.

Started in 1995, Moses Guest (named after founder Graham Guest's fifth generation grandfather), has received many awards.  To name a few: "Best Rock/Pop Band" - Houston Press Music Awards 2001; “Best Improvisational Band” – Houston Press Music Awards 2005; and in 2010, Moses Guest was inducted into the Home Grown Music Network Hall of Fame, an honor shared by only a handful of other bands.

Moses Guest has toured from coast to coast and has shared the stage with many great acts in the past few years, including Moe, Steve Miller Band, JGB Band, Willie Nelson, Los Lobos, Leftover Salmon, String Cheese Incident, Robert Bradley's Blackwater Surprise, David Nelson Band, Rebirth Brass Band, The Jayhawks, Lisa Loeb (acoustic), and Colonel Bruce Hampton (on H.O.R.D.E. 1998 in Antioch, TN).
