SeepeopleS, the genre-warping rock band now in its 15th year of existence, is happy to announce their first run of shows in nearly a half decade. The band, which has been on touring hiatus since the release of their fourth album Apocalypse Cow Vol. 2,, are returning to some of their favorite haunts for a run of shows that will feature music from the band's long history, as well as new songs from their upcoming double album release, "Dead Souls Sessions," to be released this June (RascalZ RecordZ). Meanwhile, the band is finishing their forthcoming album with long-time co-producer Will Holland (Pixies, Toasters) in Boston at Chillhouse Studios (www.chillhousestudios.com).
SeepeopleS is also thrilled to announce that for two shows on the upcoming run, SeepeopleS will be joined by Vapors Of Morphine, featuring original Morphine members Dana Colley (featured on previous SeepeopleS records) and Jerome Deupree, as well as acclaimed singer/songwriter Jeremy Lyons (www.vaporsofmorphine.com). Vapors of Morphine, who continue to expand upon the legacy of one of Boston's greatest musical acts, join SeepeopleS May 8, at the Middle East in Cambridge MA, and May 22 at Port City in Portland, ME.
