Guitarist/singer/songwriter Michael Falzarano has been a working musician for the past 30 years, most notably in Hot Tuna (the famed offspring of The Jefferson Airplane) and in The Memphis Pilgrims, a Memphis-style rock ‘n’ roll/blues band that he founded in 1986. This release, recorded above a record store in Brooklyn, is a no-frills testimonial of blues and roots devotion. Falzarano's guitar playing is a treasure the likes of which only a seasoned musical veteran can attain.
