Leftover Salmon who formed in Boulder Colorado in 1989 are the originators of the Polyethnic Cajun Slamgrass genre. A style of music that blends bluegrass, rock, country, blues, jazz, and Cajun/Zydeco. This concert was professionally recorded live at the 2012 Wanee Music Festival in Live Oak, FL.
