About Sol Driven Train:
Sol Driven Train's performances combine upbeat melodies and Afro-Caribbean rhythms with observational humor and a smokin' horn section. Featuring rotating lead vocalists and multi-instrumentalists, Sol Driven Train radiates a unique musical identity. The Lowcountry roots rock band was named "Rock Band of the Year" (2011), “Jam/ Groove Band of the Year” (2012 & 2013) by Charleston City Paper, and “On the Verge” artist by Relix Magazine.

About Sol Slam:
Sol Slam was formed in 2011 by Sol Driven Train as an opportunity to showcase the talent of their extended musical family, the beauty of the Carolina seashore and the good work that some of the band’s favorite charities are accomplishing. It’s also all about hanging with friends at The Windjammer and spending the weekend on the beach!
Four years later, Sol Slam is in full force with a hotel discount and bar car shuttle service. Sol Slam Saturday is known to sell out (it has the last 2 years), but both nights of Sol Slam 2014 are expected to sell out this year with the addition of Elise Testone.
