DEEP BANANA BLACKOUT

Deep Banana Blackout has quickly become a presence in the Northeast music scene. Their music layers together New Orleans - style Jazz, Funk, Swing and Rock & Roll to create a unique sound. Forming in Connecticut in 1995, their live show has taken on a Mardi-Gras type feel that would force even a person with two left feet onto the dance floor. Their debut CD "Live in the Thousand Islands" takes you on a non-stop journey of musical experiences, making stops for the Latin feel of El Sol Esta en Fuego, the Dixieland of Anesthetic Highway, the soulful feel of Ballade and finally letting you off at the outright rocker Groove is Here.
