Yo Mama's Big Fat Booty Band - Re-Doin' It Hard CD - Re-Doin' It Hard features some of the band's favorite DJ's and musicians including Agent 23 (GFE and Secret Agent 23 Skidoo), DJ leSpam (Spam Allstars), Paper Tiger, and Lee "InstaFunk" Allen (Booty Band and Eymarel) adding their distinctive perspectives to select tracks. The album travels from Hip Hop to Miami Bass, briefly delving into heavy, club-inspired dance. Blackberry Smoke - Live at Peace Music Festival 2012 CD - You can call Blackberry Smoke's music southern rock and you wouldn't be wrong. Or you could call it country and you wouldn't be wrong, either. But you would be selling both the band and its legion of fans short. With influences that run the gamut from country to bluegrass to metal to gospel and yes, southern rock, Blackberry Smoke is more than the sum of its diverse parts. "None of us have ever said, 'Let's be a southern rock band or a bluegrass band or a country band'," Blackberry Smoke frontman Charlie Starr explains. "We all love the Allman Brothers and Lynyrd Skynyrd and the Stones and the Faces and Hank Williams and Bill Monroe. It's not about what kind of music it is, as long as it's good and it's honest. When we get together it just sounds the way it does."

Southside Johnny & the Asbury Jukes - Live at Peach Music Festival 2012 (2 CDs) - Southside Johnny and the Asbury Jukes first achieved prominence in the mid-1970s, emerging from the same New Jersey Shore music scene as his now legendary contemporary and friend Bruce Springsteen.  Southside's first three albums, I Don't Want To Go Home, This Time It's for Real, and Hearts of Stone, were produced by band co-founder Steven Van Zandt (E Street Band, The Sopranos), and largely featured songs written by Van Zandt and/or Springsteen. The Van Zandt-written "I Don't Want To Go Home" became Southside's signature song, an evocative mixture of horn-based melodic riffs and sentimental lyrics. In 1982 Rolling Stone Magazine voted Hearts of Stone among the top 100 albums of the 1970s and 1980s. With their classic blend of hard-core R&B and street-level rock, molten grooves, soulful guitar licks and blistering horn section, Johnny and his Jukes continue to put their unique stamp on the Jersey Shore sound, while recalling the glory years of Otis Redding and similar Stax Records titans.

Bonerama - Live at Wanee Festival 2012 CD - In a city that doesn't play by the rules, New Orleans' Bonerama is something different. Bonerama has been repeatedly recognized by Rolling Stone, hailed as "the ultimate in brass balls" (2005) and praised for their "...crushing ensemble riffing, human-feedback shrieks and wah-wah growls" (2007). Bonerama carries the brass-band concept to places unknown; what other brass band could snag an honor for "Best Rock Band" at the 2007 Big Easy Awards?

Mickey Hart Band - Live at Wanee Festival 2012 (2 CDs) - Grateful Dead drummer Mickey Hart and his band put on an awesome show on Wanee's Mushroom stage. Lineup also featured Dave Schools from Widespread Panic on bass.

Leftover Salmon - Live at Wanee Festival 2012 (2 CDs) - Leftover Salmon who formed in Boulder Colorado in 1989 are the originators of the Polyethnic Cajun Slamgrass genre. A style of music that blends bluegrass, rock, country, blues, jazz, and Cajun/Zydeco. This concert was professionally recorded live at the 2012 Wanee Music Festival in Live Oak, FL.

Particle - Live at Wanee Festival 2012 (2 CDs) - A fantastic late night set from Particle to round out a memorable first day at Wanee 2012.

Trigger Hippy - Live at Wanee Festival 2012 CD - The only official release from this amazing supergroup featuring Black Crowes drummer Steve Gorman, singer/songwriter Will Kimbrough, singer Joan Osborne, singer/songwriter Jackie Greene and bassist Nick Govrik.. With the line-up that they've got, how could this not be one of the best sets from Wanee 2012?

Cast of Clowns - Have a Heart CD - Cast of Clowns, recognized nationally as a "supergroup" of performers, is part fun machine, part harbinger, and all in. Their original songs stand strong and unflinching while their creative live approach shoves the envelope into a bucket of confetti. Founded by singer, songwriter, guitarist and fiction writer, Craig Wright, in 2008, The Clowns have played from British Columbia to Hawaii, developing particularly strong followings in Oregon and the Bay Area. Featuring world-class players like Greg Anton, (Zero), Jeff Pevar, (Ray Charles, CS&N), Melvin Seals, (Jerry Garcia Band), Hutch Hutchinson, (Bonnie Raitt), Bill Kreutzmann, (Grateful Dead), Robin Sylvester, (Ratdog), Barry Sless, (Dave Nelson), Damien Erskine, (Peter Erskine, Gino Vanelli) the Clowns shows are always surprising and fun.

The Rock Collection - Live at the Oregon Country Fair CD -The Rock Collection is a brand new all-star group that features Mark Karan, electric guitar (RatDog), Dan "Lebo" Lebowitz, acoustic guitar and pedal steel (ALO), Greg Anton on drums (Zero), and Paul Lamb on bass (Burnt Noodle). They headlined the fair on the main stage in 2011 and this high fidelity live recording captured the magic. These accomplished live performers have an outstanding musical chemistry on stage, interweaving vocal harmonies, double guitar work and extended improvisation; their original songs include new Robert Hunter lyrics. The band takes an audience on a musical journey from emotive blues to delicate ballads to blow-the-roof-off rock and roll.

The Lee Boys - Testify CD - This family group consists of three brothers, Alvin Lee (guitar), Derrick Lee and Keith Lee (vocals) along with their three nephews, Roosevelt Collier (pedal steel guitar), Alvin Cordy Jr. (7-string bass) and Earl Walker (drums). "Sacred steel" is a type of music rooted in Gospel, but infused with rhythm and blues, jazz, rock, funk, hip-hop, country and African music driven by the pedal steel guitar. Gary Clark Jr. - Blak & Blu CD -Rarely does an artist explode onto the music scene with the force and impact of a comet. But when it does happen -- as it did when 27-year-old singer-guitarist Gary Clark Jr. delivered an incendiary debut performance of his song "Bright Lights" at Eric Clapton's 2010 Crossroads Guitar Festival last June -- the result is magical.

Funky, hip, and badass, Gary Clark Jr. is a rocking soul man for a new generation. Weaned on John Lee Hooker, Lightnin Hopkins, and T-Bone Walker, Clark fuses his deep blues influence with a love of classic hip-hop and contemporary soul. His voice weaves between a melodic lilt and a seasoned blues howl with his guitar licks dancing and dodging between and behind the beat as if the essence of Snoop and Dre loom in his head by way of the Mississippi Delta.

Zigaboo Modeliste & Gaboon's Gang - Funk Me Hard CD - An eclectic symposium of Zigaboo Modeliste's funk originals, recorded live at the Saenger Theater in New Orleans in 1980.  This EP is a close peek at Zigaboo's musical evolution, as he was just departing from the Meters at the time of the recording.  His songwriting genius is brilliantly present in these songs, resulting in a unique, funky musical experience.  Funk Me Hard is a history-making timepiece, delivering the intensity of live performance, as well as a session in funk mastery. $8.99

Moon Taxi - Live Ride CD - Nashville's Moon Taxi redeem the notion of a "jam band," a descriptor that's grown into an epithet in the larger musical world that implies endless, limp noodling and lack of compositional or vocal substance. Not so with Moon Taxi, who are a jam band in the same way Little Feat or Bob Marley & The Wailers are jammers. Like these ancestors, Moon Taxi synthesizes divergent elements into a cohesive, concert-ready rush. Ray Lamontagne - Trouble LP - Every once in a while a singer/songwriter comes down the pike in the grand emotive tradition of Neil Young and Van Morrison. In the early 2000s, the quietly intense folk of Iron & Wine and the rootsy-experimental stylings of Sufjan Stevens continued that lineage. Ray LaMontagne, whose impressive 2004 debut, TROUBLE, draws on alt-country, roots rock, and progressive folk in a unique, strikingly sincere way, seems a likely candidate for the keeper of the flame. $16.98
