Live Phish - Manchester NH 10/26/2010 (3 CDs) - From Phish's acclaimed 2010 summer tour. This show was originally released during Phish's 2010 Summer Tour (unmastered) and was available only through the band's online store. We chose the best of the summer, fully-remastered them and are making them available for the first time to retail in a limited release of 500.

Dub Is A Weapon - Vaporized CD - "It can't be done, man!" That's what Dave Hahn, mastermind behind Dub Is A Weapon, heard when he fi rst fl oated the idea of a live dub group, as he and his mates listened to some prime 1960s King Tubby cuts in the band van. "Everyone seemed to think you could only do dub in the studio," Hahn recalls. Hahn set out to prove them wrong, with skills learned live and on the road, and with help from a Jamaican beatnik percussionist (who recorded with Bob Marley), an old high school friend, and young upstarts from the Brooklyn scene. Together they've honed their live take on the genre's spaced-out grooves, a sound felt in full force on Vaporized. Read our review of this CD here.

Garage A Trois - Always Be Happy, But Stay Evil CD - "Garage A Trois skew grittier and more psychedelic with the current lineup, combining heavy-riff distortion with a rough-and-tumble funk delirium." The New York Times. Garage A Trois features Seattle-based saxophonics master Skerik, Brooklyn-based sound-sculptor/keysman Marco Benevento, punk rock vibraphone hero Mike Dillon and New Orleans funky drummer/beat master Stanton Moore. As has become the band s primary focus in its current incarnation, a laser sharp focus was given to capturing Garage A Trois sinewy, fourth-dimensional, polychromatic instrumental songwriting. A massive draw in clubs and festivals around the U.S., this latest recorded output from Garage A Trois will only help fuel the fire for a growing legion of fans amassing around the most dangerous instrumental band on the scene today.

Jason Isbell & the 400 Unit - Here We Rest CD - Here We Rest is the second album from Jason Isbell & The 400 Unit, and Isbell s third. Their 2009 self-titled debut received high praise from the press, including Rolling Stone, Spin, Paste, Details, Washington Post and many more. Blurt gave the album at 10 out of 10 rating and said, From the playing to the arrangements to the lyrical depth of emotion on display, not to mention the rich Southern soul vibe coaxed from the if-walls-could-talk confines of Muscle Shoals Fame Studios, this eponymous platter is a scorcher. An Alabama native, Isbell comes from a tradition of Southern music. His thoughtful songwriting and warm, soulful voice are genuine, natural abilities that shine through in his songs, which blossom with the 400 Unit - keyboardist Derry deBorja, guitarist Browan Lollar, drummer Chad Gamble and bassist Jimbo Hart.

Rebirth Brass Band - Rebirth of New Orleans CD - Brand new release by New Orleans' most recognized brass band. These guys tour the world bringing their funky street sounds to admiring crowds. Eleven newly-recorded tunes that celebrate the music that makes New Orleans great.

Eric Lindell - Cazadero CD - He produced his debut album, Bring It Back, in 1996, and in 1999 he won the John Lennon Songwriting Competition with his original piece "Kelly Ann." That same year, Lindell decided to move to New Orleans to pursue music in a different location. The move was a beneficial one, as Lindell soon hooked up with Galactic's Stanton Moore and begin playing shows around town, frequently enlisting drummers Johnny Vidocovich and Harold Brown (from War) to sit in. He issued a self-released, self-titled record in 2002, but the following year saw him move to Sparco Records, where he released both Piety Street Session and EP Volume 1. Tragic Magic followed in 2005 and sparked serious interest from Alligator Records, which released Change in the Weather in 2006 and Low on Cash, Rich in Love in 2008. Lindell continued his prolific output with 2009's Gulf Coast Highway, another album of blue-eyed soul and confident guitar work. Cazadero is hot off the press and ready to enjoy!

John Mancini Band - Sun King CD - Sun King draws its influences from reggae, afro pop and funk, to soul and classic rock. Produced in Baltimore, MD, with Chris Bentley (acclaimed for his work with The Bridge), John Mancini Band's follow-up to their 2009 debut, JMB, will please lovers of classic songwriting and extended instrumental grooves. Just over 50 minutes in length, Sun King has tight hooks, lush arrangements and surprising lyrics throughout.

Bootsy - Tha Funk Capital of the World CD - Rock & Roll Hall Of Famer and legendary bassist Bootsy Collins, known worldwide for pioneering funk music with James Brown and Parliament Funkadelic, releases his first new album in four years, Tha Funk Capitol of the World! Collins collaborated with fellow P-Funkers George Clinton and Bernie Worrell on the record, along with an all-star lineup of musicians and cultural luminaries including rappers Snoop Dogg, Chuck D, and Ice Cube; actor Samuel L. Jackson; banjo phenom Bela Fleck; the Rev. Al Sharpton; scholar Dr. Cornell West; and guitarists Buckethead and Catfish Collins - Bootsy's late brother. Engineered in part by Dan Monti (Guns n Roses, Metallica), the album also features a tribute to Garry Shider, the late guitarist and musical director of the P-Funk All-Stars.

Younger Brother - Vaccine CD - The core trio of Simon Posford, Benji Vaughan and Rou Campbell are royalty on the international trance scene, revered for their mind-bending solo DJ-ing, as well as various offshoot projects, but most of all for the bold, progressive music they make together as Younger Brother. With their new album, Vaccine, they're all set to cross over into the mainstream, with a collection of expansive, anthemic songs real songs, molded according to their own unique digital process which warrant radio airplay just as much as dance floor action.

Younger Brother's third album, recorded with it s U.S. band lineup (Marc Brownstein/Disco Biscuits, Joe Russo/ Furthur, Tommy Hamilton/Brothers Past), is the boldest chapter in their story to date: Vaccine sounds like no other record ever made, marrying top-quality, stadium-size songcraft to pulsing beats and sound palette of full-tilt electronic music. Soulive - Bowlive DVD - In March of 2010, the members of Soulive hauled their instruments through the doors of a newly-opened warehouse-turned-music venue in Brooklyn that they would call home for the next two weeks. Eric Krasno, Alan Evans and Neal Evans called on a multitude of their closest friends and musical conspirators to join them over the next fortnight - creating an incredibly broad guest lineup that included some of the pre-eminent guitar virtuosos of our generation (Derek Trucks, Warren Haynes), some of the biggest names in hip-hop (Questlove, Rahzel), and some of the most inventive improvisational players in modern rock n' roll (Robert Randolph, Marco Benevento, Oteil & Kofi Burbridge). The Brooklyn Bowl quickly became the mecca for these very distinct yet like-minded musicians, where they returned night after night, donning the dress code for good times (bowling shoes) and sharing famous Blue Ribbon fried chicken. The common thread that tied together all these disparate ingredients quickly became palpable -- from the transcendental heartfelt improvisations onstage to the homey & playful atmosphere provided by the bowling alley, the Soulive residency was like nothing that had come before it because all of those diverse elements fused to ultimately bring the Soul to Brooklyn Bowl.

Zach Deputy's House Party DVD - House Party is a live ZD show filmed at a great house in New Hampshire this past Summer. It's a guy's house, but he is a pro video guru-- he has done the videography and DVDs of some big tours, like Dave Matthews Band and The Pixies world tour-- and it shows in this DVD! His house is no normal house-- he has tons of lights and pro audio and camera mounts built into his big, beautiful living room. This party was crazy fun, with loads of people packed into the living room, on the porches, in the yard and dancing all around me while I played. So, here it is-- my House Party DVD!

North Mississippi Allstars - Keys to the Kingdom CD - The new album, Keys to the Kingdom, is a celebratory declaration of life in the face of death. In the beginning, a father passed away and a child was born. Luther and Cody Dickinson lost their father, Memphis music legend Jim Dickinson, only months before Luther became one. Jim had always told them, "You need to be playing music together. You are better together than you will ever be apart." Coincidentally, the Dickinson brothers were not together when Jim passed. At that moment, they were both off on their own, Luther with The Black Crowes and Cody with Hill Country Revue. So in the spring of 2010, the North Mississippi Allstars went into the studio to create a record that could help them cope with the loss, and, at the same time, rejoice in his honor. The first line of Jim's self-written eulogy was, "I refuse to celebrate death." Luther, Cody and Chris Chew took heed and aimed to celebrate life instead; and the songs for the new record, Keys to the Kingdom, came pouring out of their souls.

"In the end," Luther says, "We recorded our best country blues and Mississippi rock 'n roll record yet -- as if our lives depended on it." Ten years after the release of their debut album, Shake Hands with Shorty, Chew sums it up: "This is grown folks music." On Keys to the Kingdom, some children are born and others become adults; naive idealism gets squashed by stark realism, yet there is no choice but to move on, and so they do -- the quest for joy, celebration and truth palpable in every note of the mighty NMA sound.

Matisyahu - Live at Stubbs Vol II CD / DVD - On a hot August night in Austin, TX, this past summer, Matisyahu took the stage at the famed music venue Stubb's with his band, Brooklyn's The Dub Trio, for an unforgettable live music experience. The Bridge - National Bohemian CD - The members of The Bridge have traveled on enormous distance to get where they are; all the way from living off-the-grid on a remote Hawaiian farm in Kenny Liner's case and chafing in the button-down corporate world in Cris Jacob's to making a formidable album that's fed by hometown roots and laced with wanderlust. It's called National Bohemian, a nod to both the Baltimore-based sextet s beloved local brew and their creatively rewarding but often unglamorous hard-touring lifestyle. From the eleven new, original tracks, this much is cleat: The Bridge have come into their own, covering unbounded musical territory with no shortage of verve and striking a rare balance between high-quality songs and sharp instrumental interplay. They have the tools to see their expansive musical vision through, starting with the unorthodox nature of their lineup: string band elements powered by a plugged - in R&B and roots rock-ready rhythm section, heated by keyboard and horn and, here and there, seasoned with syncopated beatboxing.

Nathan Moore - Dear Puppeteer CD - Dear Puppeteer is a letter in 12 songs from Nathan Moore to fear, mortality, the righteous, the jailor, lost love and lost time or more simply stated, the puppet masters. 'Gonna write a letter, dear puppeteer, I don t want to play here, I don't wanna stay here,' he sings in the title track's refrain. From this opening plea it's apparent that a restless spirit is at work.

Nathan s warm fingerpicked acoustic guitar, ghostly harmonica gales, ancient ukulele meditations and tobacco-stained, world-weary vocals are inhabited by a poet seeking something more, while giving song to humanity in all its beauty and sadness. Dear Puppeteer is a crowning achievement from the Staunton, VA singer and songwriter. The recording was split between Nathan s Shenandoah Valley home with producer, engineer and guitarist Bryan Elijah Smith, as well as out West at his old Santa Fe, New Mexico stomping grounds Frogville Studios. The album, his ninth to date, follows 2009 s well-received EP, Folk Singer. Moore, who first came to national attention with ThaMuseMeant, is also currently a member of the revered American rock band Surprise Me Mr. Davis.

JazzChronic - Groovathon CD - "Groovathon" offers 80 minutes of tight arrangements, intricate horns, and excellent compositions.

JazzChronic, a quintet from Athens, Georgia, utilizes keyboards, guitar, and saxophone to make a sonically appealing mix of tracks.This album is epic in scope, with pleasing twists and turns, while excellent horns, keys, and guitar add excellent body to these jams. The tracks present an intriguing mix of funk sensibilities and jazz fusion jams, and illustrate pleasing new directions for the band.

Telepath - Crush CD -"Since its inception, Telepath has been a continuously evolving musical organism, and no more so is this fact manifested than on the new album "Crush". For his 3rd studio release, producer/multi-instrumentalist Michael Christie recruited singers from around the world to craft songs that are vocally-based and hook-laden, while still retaining Telepath's trademark "reworld" sound. Along with its featured vocalists (who hail from India, Jamaica, West Africa, and the U.S.), "Crush" also features over a dozen guest instrumentalists -- further adding to the album's "global collective" aesthetic. A work that is at once accessible and unclassifiable, "Crush" represents a pinnacle achievement in Michael's career, and a new peak in the evolution of the Telepath sound.

Thievery Corporation - It Takes a Thief CD -Dynamic DJ duo Thievery Corporation release their first best of album, It Takes A Thief. The album is a collection of tracks specially selected by Rob Garza and Eric Hilton for longtime fans and for music lovers who have heard of Thievery Corporation but may have never listened to the band.

It Take A Thief features Lebanese Blonde, the beautiful song used on the Grammy award-winning Garden State Soundtrack, as well as Sound the Alarm, the funk infused track that has become a staple opening track for the band s live shows. We've always been a little hesitant of putting together a retrospective cd, Rob Garza said. But looking back and realizing it s been almost 15 years since we started, we figured maybe now is the time. These tracks are some of our favorite moments.

Telepath - Crush CD -"Since its inception, Telepath has been a continuously evolving musical organism, and no more so is this fact manifested than on the new album "Crush". For his 3rd studio release, producer/multi-instrumentalist Michael Christie recruited singers from around the world to craft songs that are vocally-based and hook-laden, while still retaining Telepath's trademark "reworld" sound. Along with its featured vocalists (who hail from India, Jamaica, West Africa, and the U.S.), "Crush" also features over a dozen guest instrumentalists -- further adding to the album's "global collective" aesthetic. A work that is at once accessible and unclassifiable, "Crush" represents a pinnacle achievement in Michael's career, and a new peak in the evolution of the Telepath sound.

Thievery Corporation - It Takes a Thief CD -Dynamic DJ duo Thievery Corporation release their first best of album, It Takes A Thief. The album is a collection of tracks specially selected by Rob Garza and Eric Hilton for longtime fans and for music lovers who have heard of Thievery Corporation but may have never listened to the band.

It Take A Thief features Lebanese Blonde, the beautiful song used on the Grammy award-winning Garden State Soundtrack, as well as Sound the Alarm, the funk infused track that has become a staple opening track for the band s live shows. We've always been a little hesitant of putting together a retrospective cd, Rob Garza said. But looking back and realizing it s been almost 15 years since we started, we figured maybe now is the time. These tracks are some of our favorite moments.

Live Phish: 8/6/10, 8/7/10, 8/13/10 - From Phish's acclaimed 2010 summer tour. 3-CD sets. They chose the best of the summer, fully-remastered them and are making them available for the first time to retail in a limited series of 500.

North Mississippi Allstars - Keys to the Kingdom CD - The new album, Keys to the Kingdom, is a celebratory declaration of life in the face of death. In the beginning, a father passed away and a child was born. Luther and Cody Dickinson lost their father, Memphis music legend Jim Dickinson, only months before Luther became one. Jim had always told them, "You need to be playing music together. You are better together than you will ever be apart." Coincidentally, the Dickinson brothers were not together when Jim passed. At that moment, they were both off on their own, Luther with The Black Crowes and Cody with Hill Country Revue. So in the spring of 2010, the North Mississippi Allstars went into the studio to create a record that could help them cope with the loss, and, at the same time, rejoice in his honor. The first line of Jim's self-written eulogy was, "I refuse to celebrate death." Luther, Cody and Chris Chew took heed and aimed to celebrate life instead; and the songs for the new record, Keys to the Kingdom, came pouring out of their souls.

"In the end," Luther says, "We recorded our best country blues and Mississippi rock 'n roll record yet -- as if our lives depended on it." Ten years after the release of their debut album, Shake Hands with Shorty, Chew sums it up: "This is grown folks music." On Keys to the Kingdom, some children are born and others become adults; naive idealism gets squashed by stark realism, yet there is no choice but to move on, and so they do -- the quest for joy, celebration and truth palpable in every note of the mighty NMA sound.

Matisyahu - Live at Stubbs Vol II CD / DVD - On a hot August night in Austin, TX, this past summer, Matisyahu took the stage at the famed music venue Stubb's with his band, Brooklyn's The Dub Trio, for an unforgettable live music experience. Showcasing his incredible artistic evolution, Matisyahu unveiled brand new song 'Open The Gates' and performed songs that span his lauded catalogue. Inviting the intimate crowd to join him in documenting the extraordinary energy in the room that evening, he and his audience created the musical time capsule that is now Live at Stubb's Vol. II. These songs are infused with a vibrancy that can only be created during a Matisyahu performance, beautifully displaying the one-of-a kind voice and distinctive sound that has brought him to the forefront of today's music landscape. With a re-discovered love for roots reggae and improvisation at the core of his live show, Matisyahu brilliantly re-vamped the vocal and instrumental arrangements, elevating each song to new heights. From 'Kodesh' to tracks such as 'Mist Rising,' 'Youth,' 'Darkness Into Light' and 'One Day,' Live at Stubb's Vol. II is a raw and inspiring musical journey that is sure to become a treasured part of Matisyahu s acclaimed catalogue. With prolific lyrics, anthemic choruses and his signature fusion of reggae, pop-rock, hip-hop, ska-inflected new wave and acoustic folk, Matisyahu has broken boundaries through his music and has unified millions of fans with his music and message of peace, hope and understanding.

The Bridge - National Bohemian CD - The members of The Bridge have traveled on enormous distance to get where they are; all the way from living off-the-grid on a remote Hawaiian farm in Kenny Liner's case and chafing in the button-down corporate world in Cris Jacob's to making a formidable album that's fed by hometown roots and laced with wanderlust. It's called National Bohemian, a nod to both the Baltimore-based sextet s beloved local brew and their creatively rewarding but often unglamorous hard-touring lifestyle. From the eleven new, original tracks, this much is cleat: The Bridge have come into their own, covering unbounded musical territory with no shortage of verve and striking a rare balance between high-quality songs and sharp instrumental interplay. They have the tools to see their expansive musical vision through, starting with the unorthodox nature of their lineup: string band elements powered by a plugged - in R&B and roots rock-ready rhythm section, heated by keyboard and horn and, here and there, seasoned with syncopated beatboxing.

Nathan Moore - Dear Puppeteer CD - Dear Puppeteer is a letter in 12 songs from Nathan Moore to fear, mortality, the righteous, the jailor, lost love and lost time or more simply stated, the puppet masters. 'Gonna write a letter, dear puppeteer, I don t want to play here, I don't wanna stay here,' he sings in the title track's refrain. From this opening plea it's apparent that a restless spirit is at work.

Nathan s warm fingerpicked acoustic guitar, ghostly harmonica gales, ancient ukulele meditations and tobacco-stained, world-weary vocals are inhabited by a poet seeking something more, while giving song to humanity in all its beauty and sadness. Dear Puppeteer is a crowning achievement from the Staunton, VA singer and songwriter. The recording was split between Nathan s Shenandoah Valley home with producer, engineer and guitarist Bryan Elijah Smith, as well as out West at his old Santa Fe, New Mexico stomping grounds Frogville Studios. The album, his ninth to date, follows 2009 s well-received EP, Folk Singer. Moore, who first came to national attention with ThaMuseMeant, is also currently a member of the revered American rock band Surprise Me Mr. Davis.

Beasties-infused stripped down funk is layered with Americana, heavy psych, lo-fi fuzz and Latin rhythms, all with a breezy, laid-back San Francisco vibe. Recorded primarily in his home studio Guerrero wrote, arranged and played nearly all the instruments on the album, including bass, guitar, keyboards, percussion and kalimba. Renowned street artist Barry McGee, aka Twist, designed the cover art and Tommy called on friends Lyrics Born, Curumin and Bing Ji Ling for guest vocals. Guerrero's resume reads like a dream: he was a member of the Bones Brigade skate team in the 80's, made movie appearances, co-founded Real Skateboards and 40's Clothing, directed art for Krooked Skateboarding and is a prolific recording artist - from the "Fat Jazzy Grooves" and "Another Late Night" compilations, to albums for Mo'Wax, Galaxia, Function 8, Quannum, Rush [Japan] and now his own venture Too Good.

The Best of John McLaughlin CD

John McLaughlin is regarded as one of the greatest jazz-fusion guitarists of all time. He has made countless critically acclaimed albums, both as a solo artist and with the Mahavishnu Orchestra. In 1980, Columbia Records issued The Best Of John McLaughlin on LP. This particular album has never been issued on CD before, so we now present it with an exciting bonus track. Wounded Bird has added the song "The Life Devine" from the Quad version of the album "Love, Devotion, Surrender" with Carlos Santana, which contains a total different guitar solo than the standard issue of that album.

You Purple Virgin - Heart Like A Tiny Jewel CD

You Purple Virgin is the 5-string bass belonging to E.J. Simpson. Together, they have rocked and recorded the world over (with The MPEband, with TheGoats, with The Problem and many others). "Heart Like A Tiny Jewel" is their first solo album. Co-produced by Adrian Harpham and mixed with Grammy winner Phil Nicolo, YouPurpleVirgin's Heart Like A Tiny Jewel is "a heartfelt ride through textures and melodies....a great debut!" says Philadelphia City Paper. Try it and see/hear/feel the purple!

Lizzy Ross - Traces CD - Lizzy Ross spins tales into tunes, delivering clever lyrics with a silver tongue. She tops it off with an irresistible voice that's earned her comparisons to legends like Bonnie Raitt, Norah Jones, Janis Joplin, and Grace Potter. Sometimes joyful, sometimes ragged, Ross's style is a curious mix of soul, roots, rock, and blues. Throughout, her passion and sincerity shine through - this is real, honest music. In Traces, love and life are wonderful, cruel, steadfast, and elusive, and Ross wants all of those pieces.

New Additions:

Phish - Coral Sky DVD - On November 2nd, 1996, Phish performed at Coral Sky Amphitheater in West Palm Beach, FL; the only outdoor shed show of the Fall Tour. A long-time fan favorite, the show features special guests including Karl Perazzo (from Santana) on percussion throughout and Butch Trucks (from The Allman Brothers Band), playing drums during the encore. Along with a few palm trees, the DVD showcases the birth of the band's more rhythmic, textured group improv style and conveys their and the crowd's excitement at the breakthrough.The audio for the DVD is fully mixed and mastered for 5.1 surround.

Mike Gordon - Moss CD - The fascinating thing is that he's able to evoke concepts as ethereal as this not just lyrically but musically. Songs like "Spiral" and "The Void" detour into evocatively abstract, meterless areas of sound with a mysterious, textural richness. On the other hand, such numbers as "Can't Stand Still" and "Fire From a Stick" - both joyfully devoted to muses, mentors and the ecstatic wellspring of inspiration - are infectious, danceable, upbeat and viscerally planted in the here and now.

Three years in the making, Moss is the later chapter in an ongoing collaboration between Gordon and his creative sounding board, Jared Slomoff. Gordon, of course, sings and plays bass, as well as a variety of other instruments, including guitar, piano and drum programming. Slomoff co-produced and contributed some singing, playing and programming as well.

Drummers Joe Russo and Doug Belote crop up throughout the album, and other guests include organist Marco Benevento and percussionist Ken Lovelett, who brought a few intriguing instruments of his own invention to Gordon's studio. Mike's bandmates in Phish - keyboardist Page McConnell and drummer Jon Fishman also make appearances.

Soulive - Rubber Soulive CD -The trio take on the Fab Four with their 7th studio release RUBBER SOULIVE, on Royal Family Records. With this 11-track instrumental ode to the greatest, Soulive joins the likes of Booker T, George Benson and Chet Atkins by putting their own spin on their favorite Beatles classics.

Kraz recalls, "It finally came together when we ended up back at Alan's studio in Hatfield, MA after a weekend of gigs last year... We were in the middle of unloading the gear when we decided it was time: You know what? Rather than driving home and then driving back in a few days, let's stay right here and work on that Beatles idea. It really was that spontaneous. I actually went to a music store and got a bunch of the new re-mastered stuff. The first day in the studio, we just did a lot of listening - listening and talking about which tunes to do and how to do them. We wanted to do some stuff that already sounded like it was in our lane - the groovier, funkier stuff. But we also wanted to delve into other songs that were more open to our interpretation, you know?"

Railroad Earth - Railroad Earth CD - Consummate roots rockers Railroad Earth release of their first album for One Haven Music. The self-titled album was produced by Angelo Montrone in association with Michael Caplan (The Allman Brothers Band, Los Lonely Boys, Keb' Mo'). 'Railroad Earth' is the band's most diverse collection to date, with nine new exquisitely-crafted songs that range from rousing ballads and string band funk to wistful waltzes and quirky time signature folk.

Always at the forefront, though, is singer and songwriter Todd Sheaffer, whose aching vocals and evocative lyrics anchor the band. On 'Potter's Field,' his plain-spoken lyrics and earthy arrangements recall the panoramic storytelling of The Band, while album opener 'Long Walk Home' brings to mind the heartfelt soul searching of Wilco. 'On The Banks' displays Schaffer's raw emotive power in the quiet humility of his lyrics.

Green Hit - Purpose CD - Green HIt is a trio from Northwest Florida. The efforts of this collaboration have produced something truly unique, challenging, and tasteful. "purpose." is presented to you in all honesty. It is a live album which has been polished. "Live" - meaning all the players played simultaneously in the same room to record all of the music. There were no over-dubs, no click-tracks, and no safety net. "Polished" - meaning the sound was mixed and mastered in a traditional manner.

The whole of the album was recorded in three sessions during February and March of 2010. These sessions were held at 3rd Floor Recording, located at the Old Sacred Heart Hospital building, in Pensacola, FL., by Sean Peterson. All songs were written, arranged, and produced by members of Green Hit, and all songs are copyrighted by Green Hit.

It has been rumored that the Old Sacred Heart Hospital in Pensacola is haunted. During the recording sessions several anomalous occurrences met with the band. Some of sounds on the album were donated by multiple Lo-Fi radio stations via Chase's amp. The content of these offerings brings into question whether the occurrences were by chance or due to intervention.

Leftover Salmon - Live "Twice in a Blue Moon" DVD - Twenty years ago Vince Herman of The Salmon Heads and Drew Emmitt of The Left Hand String Band joined together to debut under the 1989 New Years Eve full blue moon in Crested Butte, Colorado. That electric night Leftover Salmon was born, kicking off 20 years of great music. From picking in the campground to playing the mainstage, Leftover Salmon's dream unfolded.

This Twice in a Blue Moon DVD celebrates Leftover Salmon's full circle musical journey with a 2009 New Years Eve, blue moon performance, recorded live at the Boulder Theatre, in Boulder, Colorado.

Hill Country Revue - Zebra Ranch CD - Growth and development are two key factors when it comes to understanding the talented artists behind Hill Country Revue. The new album never strays from the band's unique blend of Southern rock and blues, but rather showcases their pride and progression as not only musicians but as a unified band. "Make a Move was an artistic transition, and Zebra Ranch is a personal one," Cody Dickinson says.

"This album is a yell of rock and roll rebellion," Cody says of the new record. "It's also a loud cry for purpose, meaning and truth - straight from the soul." Zebra Ranch is exactly that, an album showing the band's growth into their own identity and sound, exemplifying a band that has truly come into their own. "Zebra Ranch is our 'we have arrived' kind of party," Cody explains.

The album's title holds a special meaning for Cody Dickinson - Zebra Ranch is the name of the recording studio on his parents' farm that both Hill Country Revue albums have been created in. His father Jim has been a major influence for everyone in the band, acting as "director" of Make A Move during its creation at Zebra Ranch. "Being an artist himself, he was always producing, even in absentia," says Cody of his late father, who passed one year ago. "He continues today, and this record is in his memory."

As a whole, the members of Hill Country Revue feel that Zebra Ranch has been a "huge, full circle event for us." Cody explains, "This record captures a band realizing its sound to the fullest potential. We have found our identity, carved our niche - now we're owning it!"

Devon Allman's Honeytribe - Space Age Blues CD - 'Science fiction blues' isn't a genre you'll find in an illustrated history of rock and roll. At least not yet. But Devon Allman and his group Honeytribe make a case for its inclusion with their ground-breaking new album Space Age Blues. That description gets right to the heart of Space Age Blues 11 songs. Allman, bassist George Potsos and drummer Gabriel Strange have created a portrait of our tech-mad era, an age moving in hyper drive that occasionally challenges our very humanity.
