Friends and Neighbors,

More and more often these days I'm hearing from friends and fans that I don't give enough advance notice about my shows.  I understand that many of you would like to have some lead time so you can make plans around a gig at a certain venue or city - and that some may even want to coordinate weekend getaways with my out-of-town shows.
This fall there are several shows that may be worth "saving the date" for.  And although I'll send out email reminders the week before each performance, please check out the schedule below for a preview of what's coming up.  I have major performances on the books for NC, SC, DC, and GA between now and November 1 and it would be great to see you at one or more of these....

The FUNDERHORNS are Will Scruggs, Ken Watters, and Wes Funderburk.  This incredible horn sections was featured on Natalie Cole's 2006 Grammy-Nominated Release - LEAVIN' - on Verve Records.  This weekend at Churchill Grounds marks the first time these three horn players have performed LIVE as a unit - so don't miss this special show!!!
